By purchasing, accessing, or using the Offensiveless Defense™ training program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or access the program.

2. Program Description

Offensiveless Defense™ is a digital educational training program. It includes video lessons, guided exercises, written materials, and supporting resources. The program focuses on emotional awareness, self regulation, communication skills, and harm prevention.
This program is educational in nature only.

3. Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment

This program does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic services.
It does not diagnose conditions.
It does not treat mental illness.
It does not replace professional care.
It is not emergency or crisis intervention.

If you or someone else is at risk of harm, suicide, or violence, contact local emergency services or a licensed professional immediately.
You accept full responsibility for your actions, decisions, and results.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the program.
Minors may participate only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

5. Payment Terms

The program price is $297 USD as a one time payment, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Full payment is required before access is granted.
Prices are subject to change.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes and payment processing fees.

6. Access and Delivery

The program is delivered digitally.
Access credentials are provided after successful payment.
Access is for personal use only.
Access may be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

7. Refund Policy

This program includes a Zero Risk Guarantee. If you complete the course and feel dissatisfied, you may request a refund.
Refund requests must be submitted by email. Requests must be made within the guarantee period stated on the sales page.

Abuse of the refund policy, including copying content or repeated refund requests, results in loss of access without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in this program is owned by Dr. Drina Fried and Offensiveless Defense™.
This includes video content, exercises, frameworks, written materials, trademarks, and course structure and language.

You may not copy, reproduce, share, sell, teach, license, record, or distribute any part of the program without prior written permission.

9. License to Use

You receive a limited, non transferable license to access the program for personal use only.
This license ends if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

10. SMS Program Terms

If you have submitted the opt in form, you can expect to receive messages related to your appointment confirmation and reminders. Along with your promotional messages.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
